PILNA Training for Fiji School Coordinators

​The training of school coordinators is essential for the success of the Fiji administration of the Pacific Islands Literacy and Numeracy Assessment. This assessment is the fourth iteration of PILNA, which is generally referred to as PILNA 2021 because it was largely administered last year. Fiji was unable to conduct the PILNA assessment and surveys because the country's prolonged restrictions which was part of its COVID-19 response. It is the last of the 15 Pacific Island countries to administer the PILNA 2021 assessment. Fiji is scheduled to administer the study on March 22 and 23. The trainings for school coordinators will be conducted in four districts. This first training is for the Suva district.
