William Kostka
William Kostka a été nommé au poste de Directeur du Bureau régional pour la Micronésie de la Communauté du Pacifique (CPS). Il a pris ses fonctions le 13 novembre 2023 et est basé Bureau régional de la CPS à Pohnpei (États fédérés de Micronésie).
