Meet Ranihei, a young woman from French Polynesia with a sedentary lifestyle, who gets help from a patient education nurse in managing her excess weight. By helping this teenager identify the factors that promote weight gain and ways to get away from them, the nurse will gradually help the young woman move towards better lifestyle habits.

Ranihei will finally choose to reduce the time spent on screens in order to follow her passion, i.e. Tahitian dance.
