EQAP continues to offer support for member countries in their development of their national school leadership competency framework. This week education leaders from Fiji, Kiribati, Samoa, Tonga and Tuvalu will meet to collaborate at a learning event designed to further assist their efforts in navigating how to create enabling school environments that can effectively implement national education policies and reforms. The collaboration will specifically explore the customising of reporting profiles to meet the data needs of different stakeholders, and the development of a software to analyse and inform professional development programmes.
