Human Rights in Fisheries Capacity Building Training for Government and Fishing Industries in Fiji and Samoa

Conservation International (CI) in collaboration with the Pacific Community (SPC), through its technical divisions and the Pacific European Union Marine Partnership rogramme (PEUMP), will organise the Human Rights in Fisheries Capacity Building Training for the practitioners in the Ministries of Fisheries and Tuna Industries in Fiji and Samoa. 

The objective of the capacity building is to build capacity of duty bearers and right holders by training fishers, fish workers, fishing industries and their communities on knowing their rights, responsibilities and facilitating access to mechanisms for claiming their rights and providing remedy.
