ka-shibi fishing is a Japanese term for "squid-tuna". Isa-shibi fishing is done at night, using a sea anchor. Traditionally, the boat is equipped with underwater and above-water lights so that squid and baitfish are attached to the boat where they can be caught and used immediately as bait.
